I have a well established baby blog, My First Bub, that I’ve had since Oct 2009. I post on there daily :D
I thought I’d set up a Tumblr for my better photos in the hope that I’d network with others on improving my technique but, for some reason, I find Tumblr much harder than Wordpress. Besides, I’m not going to call myself a photographer… just a snap-happy mum!

My gorgeous boy, Finn, is 10 weeks old today.
Sometimes I can’t believe I’m a mother. It feels like only a few months ago that Scott and I flew off to Fiji for our well-earned 9 day holiday. Oh gosh, I had the time of my life… and I had never loved Scott more in that week.
Turning 30 was a big deal for me… it was my ‘deadline’ for being pregnant. We met when we were both 25 so heaps of time, right? I suppose guys have a slower biological clock. They can become fathers at 60 if they wanted to wait that long.
So when Scott decided he was ready for a baby and it coincided with our Fijian trip, I was over the moon. However, I dropped all baby talk. We just had a great time, slept in a lot, walked the beaches and enjoyed coconut infused fish with a single mention of getting pregnant.
Five days after we returned home, I got the two pink lines on the pregnancy test.
Bubble baths happen every night!
